AIBhidu ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered document analysis service.
AIBhidu does not view, read, download, or otherwise access the contents of documents, decks, or materials you upload for analysis. Uploaded files are processed automatically by our systems and AI Engines, LLMs, tools powered, hosted or accessed by Emergent, only to provide the requested analysis and generate reports; they (neither your uploaded inputs nor the generated outputs or downloads) are not visible to AIBhidu employees, owners, or administrators. If you ask us to troubleshoot anything, you must share the screenshot with AiBhidu.com for us to be able to process or fix it. Even if you ask us to comment on or see your documents, we will not be able to do so.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. Your documents are processed securely and we do not share your document contents with third parties. However, no system is completely secure and we do not guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Documents you upload are retained until you delete them or close your account. We may process your data in countries other than your own, and we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Some of the third parties that help us operate AIBhidu are based outside the European Union / European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (typically Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and limited to the specific processing purpose described below.

AIBhidu uses two categories of cookies and similar local-storage technologies:
When you click Reject All, no Analytics cookies are set and the relevant scripts are not loaded at all — we don’t simply ignore the data we collect, we prevent it from being collected in the first place.
Your consent decision is stored locally in your browser (aibhidu_consent_v2) along with a timestamp and the policy version it applies to. Clearing your browser storage will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit.
